The book of Acts is one of the most critical books for understanding the Bible, but also one of the most challenging. It bridges the gap between the life of Christ recorded in the four gospels, and the epistles of Paul, helping explain the vast difference between these two portions of Scripture. These studies provide a verse by verse study through this important book from a dispensational viewpoint, showing the transition from God’s focus on Israel to the start of the Church, the Body of Christ.

These Bible studies were taught by Pastor Gregg Bing in the Adult Sunday School Class at Grace Bible Church in Fort Worth, Texas from 2014 to 2015.

God's Permissive Will

The Will of God

One of the key attributes of God is His sovereignty, meaning that He is absolute in His mastery and dominion over the entire universe. But, when we consider the will of God, there are different aspects of God's will. In this opening message of this series, we look at the permissive will of God.

Scripture References: Daniel 4:32-35, Isaiah 14:24-27, Psalms 135:5-6, Ezekiel 28:14-17, Ephesians 3:10-11

From Series: "The Will of God"

A brief series of lessons looking at the sovereignty of God, but focusing on the fact that there are different aspects to the will of God: His permissive will, His determined will, His providential will, and His desired will.
