This series of messages is a dispensational look at the subject of prayer. Prayer is such an important part of our lives as believers, but we often don’t know how or what to pray for. Many believers take some passages out of context; instructions given specifically to Israel under the law or in anticipation of the kingdom, are applied to believers today in this present age of grace. This only causes confusion and often brings disappointment in a person’s prayer life. These lessons provide practical guidelines for prayer in this present dispensation of grace.

Acts - What is the Gospel?

The Key to Understanding the Bible

What is the gospel? This message shows that the gospel Paul describes in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, is not the gospel that has always been preached. It is not the same gospel that Peter preached on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2). We need to be very clear in what a person must do to be saved today.

From Series: "The Key to Understanding the Bible"

The key which unlocks the meaning of God's Word is found in 2 Timothy 2:15: "rightly dividing the Word of truth." This means approaching God's Word from a dispensational perspective; recognizing that throughout history God has dealt with different people, over different time periods, in different ways, and for different purposes. These messages demonstrate the importance of this principle for interpreting and understanding God's Word by providing a dispensational overview of the Bible, from Genesis to the Revelation.
