Wise and Faithful Servants

The Parables of Jesus

(Matthew 24:45-51) In this part of the Olivet Discourse, Jesus uses the illustration of servants in a household who are given responsibilities by the master till he returns to show how the different responses of God's servants, Israel, during the tribulation period. Wise and faithful servants who watch for His coming and do the work they were given will be blessed. Evil servants who fail to watch and serve themselves rather than Christ, will be severely judged when He returns.
