Paul's Unique Acts Period Ministry
The book of Acts is a transitional book, changing from God's dealing with the nation of Israel and the prospect of a restored kingdom to God's dealings with the Church, the Body of Christ and their prospect of a heavenly hope in Christ. Paul's ministry during this period was unique, including a ministry to the Jew first, but upon their rejection, a ministry to the Gentiles as well (1 Corinthians 9:19-23). It is necessary to rightly divide Paul's epistles as well, especially those letters written during the Acts period.
