Hold Fast the Confession of Our Hope
The unsaved world goes through life with no hope for the future, but this is not true for those who have trusted Christ as Savior. We have a wonderful, blessed hope of eternal life; a hope promised and provided by God through Jesus Christ and His finished work of redemption. This morning, we look at at the second exhortation in Hebrews 10:19-25, found in verse 23, which says, "let us hold fast the confession of our hope." Though our hope is not the same as the Hebrews to whom this book was written, the spiritual principles we find in this passage can be applied to our lives today and serve as spiritual resolutions we should make in this new year.
