A Plot
A wicked man named Haman, who hates the Jews, is promoted to become second in power under the king. When Mordecai refuses to bow before Haman, he angrily hatches a plot to destroy all the Jews, and King Ahasuerus foolishly gives Haman his signet ring allowing him the power to carry it out, and a proclamation is issued throughout the land of Persia.
