The Passion Week

When Jesus cried with a loud voice, "It is finished!" it marked the end of His sufferings and the completing of His work of redemption. The time had come for Him to enter into His rest, so, bowing His head, He gave up His spirit, uttering these words, "Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit." Having said this, "He breathed His last." This morning, we look at the significance of Jesus' final actions and His final statement from the cross before His death.
