Prayer - The Warrior's Resource

Ephesians

(Ephesians 6:18-20) One of the most important resources believers have, as we are engaged in a daily spiritual warfare, is prayer. After instructing us to take up and put on the whole armor of God, Paul encourages us to be praying at all times. Sadly, this is a resource that many believers often neglect. This morning, we look at Paul's instructions regarding prayer as he addresses two issues: how we are to pray (in what manner) and what we are to pray for (the objects of our prayers).

From Series: "Ephesians"

A verse by verse, dispensational study through the book of Ephesians, one of Paul's prison epistles written while he was in prison in Rome at the close of the book of Acts. This book most fully unfolds the truth of the mystery of Christ; truth that had been kept secret from men of past ages, but has now been revealed to and through the Apostle Paul. This mystery of God's will concerns Gods' purpose for a new body of believers, the Church, the Body of Christ, living under a new dispensation of God, the dispensation of grace.
