Message: “Jesus’ Trials Before the Jews” from Gregg Bing

During Jesus' last three hours on the cross, a darkness covered all the land. It was during these dark hours that He bore the sins of the world and was, thus, utterly forsaken by His Father, prompting His cry of anguish. This was followed by three more statements Jesus made before He died. This morning, we look at His 5th statement, "I thirst," and why He uttered these words. We also begin looking at his 6th statement, "It is finished!," one of the most powerful and meaningful statements ever made.
