The crucifixion of Jesus Christ is the greatest event in history; it is the central theme of the Scriptures; it is the crisis point through which God’s eternal purpose of redemption was accomplished. It is imperative that we study and know about this critical event in the life of our Savior, Jesus Christ. In this series, we examine one particular aspect of the crucifixion: the 7 statements Jesus made while He hung on the cross. These statements, which were uttered during the greatest event in history, are clearly significant. We will look at the order in which the statements were made, the situation and purpose for each statement, and the insight each one gives us into the mind and heart of our Savior as well as the reason that He died on that cross.

Israel, Gentiles, the Church - Part 1

Dispensational Distinctions

It is vital that we distinguish between three different groups of people God has dealt with throughout the ages: Israel, the Gentiles (nations), and the Church, the Body of Christ. In this message, we study why so much of the Bible is about the nation of Israel, examining why God separated Israel from all other nations and what His purpose was for them.
