King Solomon was used of God to pen a book of wise proverbs to help govern the life of believers. One of these proverbs (4:23) says, “Keep (guard) your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” In this brief study, we examine a passage in Paul’s letter to the Colossians which provides three principles to help us guard our hearts (Col. 3:15-17).

These Bible messages entitled “Guard Your Hearts” were preached by Pastor Gregg Bing in 2021 during the morning worship services at Grace Bible Church in Fort Worth, TX.

Take Heed - What You Build

Judgment Seat of Christ

When believers stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ, the works that they do in serving the Lord will be tested, to see what sort they are. One of the criteria of judgment will be what they build: whether they are building on the right foundation and whether they are doing the right works.

From Series: "Judgment Seat of Christ"

When the rapture of the church occurs, all believers will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ; not to be judged as whether they are saved or not, but to be rewarded for faithful service to the Lord. This series examines the basis and nature of this judgment of our works.
